we do a good job of calculating the 2s 2p populations of H0. H2 can form from these levels via radiative association, as in Rawlings et al mnras 265, 968. this is not part of standard chemistry databases which do not included excited state H chemistry. check what we do now and update to Rawlings et al. rates

Promote this to major. We do include it (via Latter & Black 1991), but the Rawlings et al. rates are much larger, a factor of 10 so at 3000K, another factor 100 at 15,000K. See the fits and table on their page 970.
