Case B monitors for H, He I at high precision

We do not now monitor Case B predictions at high precision so do not notice the effects of updates that change these predictions. We have a command that does this:

monitor Case B He-like error

This will compare the predictions with Case B predictions for He I emission given by Porter et al. (2012, 2013). The Case B values have the label “+Col” in the main emission-line printout. The element name must still appear but currently only helium itself can be tested.

This command compares our predictions with the published results. I added this to two sims which set up large He I models,

limit_caseb_he_den4_temp4
limit_caseb_he_den2_temp4

with the precision set to 1%:

monitor Case B He-like helium error 0.01

There are several lines that botch from our predictions, with 10830 being off by 11%

We need to recompile the Case B He I emission files to update the Case B predictions.

The sim limit_caseb_h_hs87.in does include this monitor but with a larger error, 15%. The largest actual error is 10%. This compares against the Storey & Hummer Case B predictions of some time ago.
