Description

In both c13_branch and the trunk the following sim aborts before the first zone:

Typical output follows:

 Stop due to excessive convergence failures - there have been 20 so far. 
 This limit can be reset with the FAILURES command.
 ConvFail sets lgAbort since nTotalFailures=20 is >= LimFail=20

This sim is very pathological. The spectrum peaks at ~10 micron. It has an extremely low ionization parameter:

U(1.0----):2.654E-23 U(4.0----):3.042E-24

When I disable grains, it fails on lgNucleiConserved().

When I subsequently disable molecules, it fails on Te dropping below 2.8 K at the illuminated face.

I wonder if it is worthwhile fixing such an extreme model.
