the attached very high density model finds non-physical abundances for . We include lamda cooling for these molecules, which derives the temperature to unphysically low values.

slow/grid_extreme faults, but the attached sim does so quickly

The sim finishes fine if *both* of these reactions are killed:

Stancil's guess about reverse reactions did not seem to help.
