move Fe II from internal data to stout

Reported by: Gary J. Ferland Owned by: nobody
Priority: blocker Milestone: C17_branch
Component: atomic/molecular data base Version: trunk
Keywords: Cc:

two branches are working on this: stout6 has our best shot at properly working stout fe II

strunk is a version of the trunk modified to behave like stout - for instance, include suprathermal excitation of electronic transitions

Matt moved the internal FeII model to Stout format. With this move, the Wills, Netzer, & Wills model was made redundant, and removed. The majority of the cooling can be recovered by using the bottom 80 levels of the model, which is now the default (used to be 16 in WNW).

In addition, as part of the move to Stout format, a separate branch, feii, was created for extending FeII-specific commands (e.g, 'save feii continuum') to all species through 'save species' sub-commands. The 'save feii' family of commands has been eliminated. The feii branch was merged onto stout6 at r11012.

stout6 was reintegrated onto the mainline at r11026.
